(四)Works used

1、The deadline for this solicitation is scheduled for January 15, 2017. The Library will review, select and finalize all the submitted works by February 1, 2017.During the period, the applicant shall not be re-invested in the design of the library in Jiulongpo District, then re-invest in other institutions and individuals, if found, will directly cancel the qualification.

2、Once the work is used, the applicant will need to provide professional design draft, including color, detailed parameters, the proportion of the elements, while providing horizontal and vertical standard combination.

3、Contributions are not refundable, please retain the holders of the draft. After February 1, 2017, unused works can be handled by themselves.

五、Royalties

 The logo will be awarded a reward of RMB 2,000.
